SuperOffice: Centralised insight
As an international technology firm we have built up our expertise
in services,
in software and product development, as well as process and business
engineering.
Those projects involve customer-specific, tailored solutions, oriented
to the requirements of specific market segments, as well as taking
account of the interests of all persons involved – that makes our
CRM solution our most valuable strategic tool.
In 1997, 20 users were tooled up with SuperOffice. Since then we
have grown to 80 licences at four locations. Our continued growth
curve was also achieved together with CRM 5. This solution offers
us important centralised insight into our customer relations, while
promoting continuity in marketing and sales.
