We started with the project group, followed by the office staff and the field organisation. The whole process went without a hitch. SuperOffice is simple and user-friendly.

SuperOffice turned out to be the solution to a large number of our issues. Of course it’s a standard package, so the highly specific points weren’t covered. But the price was right. Ease is the key word at Debitel. Clients choose our mobile connections for the ease of our one-party / one-invoice policy.

And as far as I’m concerned, ‘ease’ is also the key word for SuperOffice. We had all our dealer data in our billing system, and of course wanted to use it in SuperOffice. So a tailored solution was written within two days, and installed on day three.
