Improvements in this release of CRM 5 for Windows will be found in a large number of existing functions, in selections & mail merge, in the Reporter, the Reporter Studio and a new Internet connectivity component. Based on feedbacks from our customers, partners and SuperOffice employees we have focused on a significant number of improvements throughout the whole product.

General face-lift and improvements
As in every new version, we have put considerable resources in detecting and correcting functions that does not work properly or according to logical expectations. We have analysed feedbacks we have received from customers and partners and tried to put “attention to every detail”. We have made a huge step in the direction of making the product fitted to every supported language by improving the translation and customizing fields.

We have not changed the database-structure, the technical architecture or the user interface of CRM 5 for Windows in this version. This will ensure that upgrades of existing installations will be a smooth and effective operation for our customers and our partners.

In short: We have made the world’s most user-friendly CRM solution even better …
